Terms of Use - Stock Rules

Credit Us:
Please add a link to this account in the description of your deviation. Use either :icon kryzemkat-stock: or :dev kryzemkat-stock: without spaces.
Notify Us:
Send us a link to the image you made. We want to see what you've created using our stock! Either a note or a comment on the stock used is fine.
DA Member:
You must have an account on deviantART to use our stock. Also, we would really appreciate it if you fave any stock you use. Help us get more exposure!!
Other Websites:
You can post on other websites (Facebook, Tumblr, Shadowness etc.) so long as you give us credit where possible and a link to the page so we can see it.
Art Reference:
Traditional/Digital artists can most certainly use our photos for references but please credit us and show us your work!
Be Creative:
Try your best not to just change little things. If there is not enough of a change, we will ask you to take your work down. Also, be sure not to submit your work into the Photography category, when it's actually ours!
No Redistribution:
Please do not redistribute our stock simply as it is. It is ours to share, not yours and we can take it away just as easily as we put it up.
No Offensive Artwork:
Do not, I repeat DO NOT, use our stock in any offensive or derogatory artwork! This is absolutely not acceptable. Use your common sense on this one.
Premade Stock:
The stock in our Other Stock gallery folder may be used to make premade stocks. We ask that you still let us know our stock has been used. Our Model stock is for proper manipulation only.
Commercial Use and Prints:
Contact us first! Ask us for permission and we will get back to you as soon as we can. This goes for DA prints as well.
Remember:
It is our right to take away, edit or post our stock. Follow our rules and it will stay up. Too much hassle and it will go down, simple as that.
